Post-punk art-rock & the Divine Mystery: The fact that track 3 on Sonic Youth's Rather Ripped is "Do You Believe in Rapture" and not "Do you Believe in THE Rapture" makes all the difference. It's a beautiful theological distinction, if you think about it.

Point of View: I keep meaning to write something about the way Sixpence None the Richer re-wrote their song "Paralyzed," shifting the POV and changing the lyrics of the chorus in a way that seemed like they were de-Christianizing it -- but really the opposite was true.
