The "big news" of the day: I got "the call" to vote in the Idolator Jackin' Pop poll. It's no Pazz & Jop (the super-elitist Village Voice poll, which was run by Robert Christgau until he got fired), but it does make me a Gawker Media-certified, Matos-approved, Real Live Music Critic.
