Is "Why Hip Hop/" a rhetorical question?


I am suspicious that the new-ish Why Hip-Hop Campaign is just another attempt by the Christian marketing subculture to codify a artistry into a Church/Mom/God - approved Source of Wholesome Christian Edutainment.
