My favorite column with the overblown title (Synapse to Synapse: Reviews of recently released popular music) focuses on singles this month, with offerings from Rihanna, Hilary Duff, Iron and Wine, Diddy, Rilo Kiley, and M.I.A. This is my second-to-last reviews column for the TS.
ALSO: Something you should check out. Patton Dodd has started curating a feature called "Burn or Burn" at Beliefnet's Idol Chatter blog. Every once in a while, a writer will comment on a record that lives in that shadowy territory between "Christian music" and "regular music." This week he writes about Mute Math. This is something I'll be contributing to in the future.
