OK, I've been gone. I moved, I'm back in school, everything's changed. I need money. Bad. I'll do anything writing-related for you so long as you pay me. I'll write puff pieces about your band. I'll write an awesome bio for you. For money. Lots of it.
Currently music writing is nearly nill, but I've got the Pale Pacific record to be reviewed for Paste, Josh's bio to finish (ha! but seriously, I wrote a draft), and some more spots to hit up for freelancing. Anybody got any ideas about who might actually PAY ME PAY ME PAY ME?
Oh, and I'm applying for a regular gig with a weekly here. Crossing fingers and praying. I'll call 'em tomorrow if they don't email. HIRE ME, I'M AWESOME!
Oh yeah...I need to do something for the Other Journal this fall. I think I'll do a combo Kanye West/Blackalicious review. Who can send me these records? F'real.

If only I had a band for you to write fluff pieces about. Maybe you could sit on a street corner with a TV and a GameCube and play Donkey Konga for tips.
Tim, you imply that I can afford such things as gamecubes and special bongo controllers. Man, if i could afford those things, i wouldn't use them to beg for money.
